Amaretti-Apricot Cupcakes look awesome. They have amaretto in it, combined with crunchy amarettini, and those two ingredients are both almond-based. And of course the taste of almond pair great with apricots.
These cupcakes are topped with mascarpone and amaretto frosting . Instead of the amaretto you can use apricot juice.
In beautiful wrappers these lovely cupcakes look amazing.
