Brown Sugar Cupcakes with Cinnamon Ginger Buttercream and Ginger Cookie Pecan BrittleThis is very creative combination of the Brown Sugar Cupcakes,  slightly adapted from Martha Stewart’s recipe, Cinnamon Ginger Swiss Meringue Buttercream and as a perfect final touch, topped with Ginger Cookie Pecan Brittle.

Swiss Meringue Buttercream with ginger and cinnamon has wonderful aroma, and brittle is very original,  looking so tasty and crunchy.
