Buttermilk Cupcakes and Raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream pair very well together. Light and airy buttermilk cupcakes are topped with delicious and fluffy Swiss merinque buttercream. A lot of crunched, fresh and juicy raspberries are added into the swiss meringue buttercream so it has excellent flavour and pretty color.
Frosting is so much better than classic buttercream because it’s sweet just enough but not to much, and the texture is perfect for easy piping.
