These delicious Carrot cupcakes were made for one special occasion, the baby shower. They are adapted from Martha Stewart’s carrot cake recipe. With pretty flower petal liners, cream cheese frosting and garnished with the toasted coconut, these cupcakes look so pretty.
These Carrot cupcakes taste great with raisins,cinnamon,ginger,cloves that pares nice with carrot flavor.
