Have you aver tried to use avocado instead of shortenings in baking? It’s great idea for healthier dessert. These Chocolate Avocado Cupcakes by Itsy Bitsy Foodies use mashed avocado and Greek yogurt in place of butter, and that resulted in super moist, soft, rich chocolate cake. Avocado was also used for this shiny, creamy chocolate glaze. The cupcakes and the glaze both have very good texture and delicious flavor.
