Good chocolate cake or cupcake, althought have to be rich and chocolaty, also has to be super moist, and not too sweet. This recipe by Cake Whiz is just like that. And another great thing about this recipe is that it could make both cake and cupcakes, what ever you prefer. We are always for cupcakes version. It’s much more practical to serve and consume, but look more fun and cute, too.
