This recipe is very good idea for Easter cupcakes. Coconut Cupcakes are grain free, made with coconut and almond flour. These cupcakes are so full of coconut flavor, using not only coconut flour, but also coconut milk,oil and desiccated coconut, all sweetened with honey. Coconut Whipped Cream frosting is garnished with toasted coconut and Easter candy eggs, looking like a bird’s nests.
