These delicious Healthier Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting were made as Valentine’s day treat, but you can treat yourself with healthier sweets like these any day. This recipe use apple sauce as a substitute for oil to avoid unnecessary calories and fat and still reach the same sponginess of the cake. Also required half of whole wheat flour instead all-purpose flour to get good nutrients and the cupcakes stay fluffy, and cut down the usual amount of sugar.
These are berryluscios chocolaty cupcakes, but healthier.
