Good, classic white cake batter with juicy, fresh blueberries scattered through make tasty summer cupcakes. What could paired better with fluffy blueberry cupcakes than Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Frosting is very smooth and delicious, perfectly sweet, buttery icing, pipped in lovely swirls and topped with couple of fresh blueberries. Juicy blueberries in their wonderful, natural blue colour look great, very summery.
