Lemon and coconut flavor combo in these fluffy and soft cupcakes are so tasty. These are vegan cupcakes recipe and the Lemon Coconut Cupcakes are not too sweet, but they are very yummy. Citrus flavor in the cake and in the glaze pair great with creamy coconut aroma.
Lovely lemon glaze is a bit tart, but complements the cupcakes.
