Oh My Ganache Cupcakes combined delicious flavours of a dark chocolate, raspberries, mascarpone cheese frosting and just a little booze to enhance the flavor. Dark chocolate cupcakes are filled with a raspberry filling and topped with a dark chocolate ganache that is flavored with a little bit of the Chambord.
Chocolate complements great to a raspberries in these moist, sweet bites.
On top of each cupcakes are small mound of Mascarpone cheese icing, and look lovely with dark chocolate.
