This is the cupcake version of legendary Chiffon cake. The texture of the cake, light and airy goes well with wonderful chocolate ganache. For all the undecided who can not choose between a white and dark chocolate, ganache is made in both version.
The dark chocolate and the white chocolate ganache look mouthwatering by itself, and whit yummy pistachio cranbery chiffon cupcake and the addition of chopped berries and nuts on top, these seem so heavenly.
