These Raspberry Cupcakes, adapted from the famous Magnolia Bakery Cookbook, was made with xylitol and fresh raspberries. Xylitol is using instead of shugar, because it’s much healthier, and if you want to make some healthy treats for your kids, try it. You couldn’t tell much of a difference in taste when the cupcakes were baked.
