It’s always perfect time for S’mores. Here is very yummy version of S’mores made as a cupcake. These cupcakes have everything what S’mores needs: tasty graham cracker crust, chocolaty cake, and on top a puffy clouds of marshmallows. Actually it’s whipped egg whites beaten to get that pillowy marshmallow texture and the same flavor, and it’s toasted, of course. And as a garnish each S’mores cupcake have a square of chocolate on top.
