Turtle CupcakesTurtle Cupcakes are delicious and sweet chocolate cupcakes made with box Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix. Each cupcake is stuffed with Turtle Candies . The flavor combo of chocolate, caramel and  pecans are great, very rich and overwhelming.

Frosting is Swiss Meringue Buttercream with  Bittersweet Chocolate, drizzled with Dulce DeLeche and topped with chocolate dipped toasted pecan.
