If you’ve never managed to make a beautiful bright white frosting as can be seen only in the bakery, her’s a little help for you. The secret is in the equal amounts of butter and shortening, using non-hydrogenated shortening and almond extract instead of vanilla because it won’t colored the frosting as vanilla does.
The color of this Bakery Style Frosting is so white, it look gorgeous and the taste is great.
