Chocolate cupcakes base is vegan, but these overwhelming dessert is filled with creamy peanut butter and hazelnut-chocolate spread Nutella and topped with yummy chocolate frosting. Actually half of the cupcakes are filled with peanut butter and topped with huge Reese’s Cup, the other half are filled with Nutella and topped with a Ferrero Rocher.
