White Russian, popular, sweet cocktail with vodka, coffee liqueurs and creme is now transformed in a cupcake form. White Russian Cupcakes flavored with vodka and Kahlua(coffee liqueur) are topped with Kahlua Buttercream.
These cupcakes are delicious even without the frosting, but Kahlua flavored buttercream makes them perfect.
